1) What are the Ten Commandments? The Ten Commandments are some of the laws that God gave us to live by. You can find them written in Exodus 20:1-17
2) Are we still to follow the Ten Commandments today? Yes. Following the Ten Commandments keeps us out of trouble. Also, Jesus Christ told us in Matthew 5:17-20 that He did not come to destroy the law or the prophets but to fulfill. It should be noted that Jesus Christ did fulfill the fourth which is "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy". For more information on that, you can read our Bible study on the Sabbath.
Matthew 5:17-20
V17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
V18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
V19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
V20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

3) Where are the Ten Commandments today? The Ten Commandments were kept in the ark of the covenant (Hebrews 9:4). As for where the ark of the covenant is today, it is in heaven with God (Revelation 11:19).
Hebrews 9:4
V4 Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant;
(KJV)
Revelation 11:19
V19 And the Temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in His Temple the ark of His testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
