1) Did the Ark of the Covenant really exist? Yes. You can find the directions for making it in Exodus 25:10-22 and the actual construction of it in Exodus 37:1-9
2) What was kept in the Ark? Hebrews 9:4 tells us manna, Aaron's rod and the Ten Commandments.
3) Where is the Ark of the Covenant today? It is in the Temple of God in heaven. See Revelation 11:19.
